When you are experiencing print quality issues on your Develop Ineo photocopier, please print out the following 3 reports and attach in a support ticket here
This allows us to see & diagnose the issue immediately and when we send a technician out, we can come out with the correct part/consumable that will fix your problem on our first visit.
Please print the following 2 reports:
1. Settings > Utility > Information > Device Info > Consumables > Print
2. Settings > Utility > Information > Print Information > Configuration Page > Print
